This Privacy Policy describes how AYO Studios ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game AYO Mancala (the "Game"). AYO Studios is operated by Adolfo Manuel Aguilera Luna, located at C. Florencia 1, Elda 03600, Spain.

By downloading or using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

AYO Mancala stores much of its game data locally on your device. Certain information may also be processed by third-party services used to provide advertising, purchases, analytics, online functionality, and technical services.

Stored on your device

The following information may be stored locally on your device:

• Game progress, including levels, experience points (XP), statistics and achievements
• In-game currency balances and owned cosmetic items
• Daily mission and puzzle progress
• Season Pass progress
• Game settings and preferences
• Your chosen player name
• Other information required to save and restore your game state

Processed by third parties

Advertising. The Game displays third-party advertisements using Unity LevelPlay, including Unity Ads and other advertising networks that may be made available through the LevelPlay mediation platform.

Advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction data, IP address, technical information and performance information. This information may be used to display advertisements, measure advertising performance, perform attribution, limit advertising frequency, prevent fraud and operate advertising services.

On iOS, access to identifiers or information that requires permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework is subject to the user's permission where required.

In-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the platform from which you downloaded the Game, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. AYO Studios does not collect or store your full payment card or bank account details.

Purchase history may be processed to provide purchased content, validate transactions and restore eligible purchases.

Analytics and performance. The Game and third-party services may process information about game activity, product interactions, device information and performance to understand how the Game is used, maintain its functionality and improve its performance and user experience.

• Save and restore game progress
• Provide gameplay features, missions, puzzles, achievements and progression systems
• Manage in-game currency and purchased content
• Process and restore in-app purchases
• Display and measure third-party advertising
• Perform advertising attribution and fraud prevention
• Understand how the Game and its features are used
• Maintain and improve performance and reliability
• Provide online and other Game functionality

3. Advertising and tracking choices

AYO Mancala uses third-party advertising services.

On iOS, when Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, the Game will request permission before accessing information that requires tracking authorization.

You can manage tracking permissions through Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your iOS device.

If you decline tracking permission, you can continue to use the Game, although advertisements may be less personalized.

On Android, advertising and privacy controls can be managed through the privacy and advertising settings provided by your device and Google.

Where required by applicable law, additional consent choices may be presented before advertising-related information is processed.

4. Children's privacy

AYO Mancala is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that violates applicable privacy laws. Where age-related restrictions or consent requirements apply, we seek to comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the matter.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed or shared with service providers necessary to operate the Game, including:

• Apple
• Google
• Unity Technologies
• Unity LevelPlay
• Unity Ads
• Advertising networks available through the LevelPlay mediation platform
• Other technology providers necessary to provide Game functionality

Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws. The advertising networks available through mediation may change over time.

6. Data retention

Information stored locally on your device generally remains there until you delete the Game, clear its data, or the Game removes or replaces that information.

Information processed by third-party providers is retained according to their respective retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

We retain information under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction or deletion
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Because much of the Game's progress information is stored locally, locally stored information can generally be removed by deleting the Game or clearing its stored data.

For information processed independently by Apple, Google, Unity, or another third-party provider, you may also need to use that provider's privacy controls or contact that provider directly.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the Game. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its functionality, third-party providers, or applicable legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
