These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game AYO Mancala (the "Game"), operated by AYO Studios (Adolfo Manuel Aguilera Luna), located at C. Florencia 1, Elda 03600, Spain ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence to use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Ownership

The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, music, designs, cultural artwork, and all related intellectual property, is owned by AYO Studios and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without our prior written permission.

3. In-app purchases and virtual items

The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, cosmetic items, a Season Pass, and bundles.

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms.
• Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Game only; you do not own them.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its refund policy.
• We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items and pricing at any time.

4. Advertising

The Game is free to download and is supported by advertising. Some features, such as continuing a puzzle or restoring a daily reward streak, may offer you the option to watch an advertisement in exchange for a reward. Watching advertisements is always optional. Advertisements are served by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of the products or services they promote.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its servers, or any related systems
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Generate artificial or invalid advertising impressions or clicks

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AYO Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
